It is good to know that Dutch 085 phone numbers can even be called by customers from outside The Netherlands. However, truth be told, it is unlikely a German will call a Dutch 085 phone number, but in theory it is possible.

088-numbers

Larger companies often need multiple numbers. Think of different branches, or for example a company with many different departments. In such cases, you can activate a series of similar numbers that resemble each other and thus match, giving your company a professional image. In total, you can register up to a hundred different numbers within the same range.

A great advantage is that when you select a range, similar numbers will also be available to you in the future, even if you do not activate them immediately. Suppose you activate thirty telephone numbers within a range and want to add ten more at a later date. Normally, this could mean that the next ten numbers are already taken, but this will not be the case when you close a series, which means that you can add extra numbers to the series without any problems.
